Jumah on Campus
***PLEASE NOTE: Jummah prayers will not be held on campus for the rest of the semester. However, there will be Jummah prayers on April 9th at 1:30pm in the brother's prayer room.*** Jummah prayers are held every Friday in the South Building, Spigel Hall at 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm, inshaAllah. Join us :)

MSA Farewell Dinner 2010
Celebrating The Legacy
When: 4:45 PM, April 30th, 2010
Where: Yankee Lady III Cruise Ship, 539 Queens Quay, Toronto, ON
Tickets: $30 Members, $35 Nonmembers
Bus ride: Free! Email [external at utmmsa dot com] to reserve your seat.
Every year, each MSA works hard at building upwards, facing their challenges and celebrating their achievements. With the help of Allah and our amazing members, we would like to celebrate an incredible 30 years of pursuing excellence. After an exceptional year, the MSA invites you to our annual Farewell Dinner where we will honour our outgoing Graduates, Execs, and the achievements and dedication of our members. We've planned an incredible boat cruise around the Toronto Harbour and into the islands, while we can enjoy dinner together and present awards, speeches, gifts, and prizes.
Ticketswill be sold at the Infodesk during exam period, and can be purchased personally from any MSA exec. A limited amount of tickets will be available at the door (more like the gangplank!)
Graduates: Please emailexternal@utmmsa.comimmediately with your name, degree/program, and if you will be attending Inshallah :)
Schedule:
4:00 PM - Bus leaves UTM
4:45 PM - Tickets
5:00 PM - Boarding begins
5:30 PM - Ship leaves harbour (Inshallah)
6:15 PM - Dinner served
Onwards - A night filled with fun!
9:15 PM - Board bus to return to Mississauga
Dress code: Formal - Kindly observe Islamic modesty and decorum. Also, please bring a shawl/sweater/light jacket to keep you warm when going on to the ship deck, as the weather gets quite cool on the waters.
